• Fees are variable depending on the service.

• Sessions are usually 50-60 minutes.

 

• A doctor’s referral is not needed to see a psychologist, but will not be covered by a Medicare rebate.

 

• Clients who have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from their doctor can receive a rebate from Medicare which at present is $141.85 for Clinical Psychologists, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

 

• Some private health funds offer rebates for psychological services, please check with your health fund. ​

 

• Fees are payable at the time of consultation.

 

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will attract the full fee.

 

• Consultations are by appointment only.
